"Buyer" refers to the person who acts primarily outside his trade, and by placing an order for CareTrade is submitting an offer for the purchase and delivery of certain goods.
"CareTrade" is used in the following on the legal company who accepts the order and sells the goods ordered by the buyer.

All prices are current and valid only on the day of ordering. There may be price changes. The prices include 25% VAT(where applicable). For customers outside the EU, VAT will be automatically deducted from the payment.
Presentation of products with a price of CareTrade is not a binding offer, but merely an invitation to make offers.
Buyer's order for goods from CareTrade does not constitute a binding agreement, but a binding offer to CareTrade to buy goods at the stated conditions.
A binding agreement between Buyer and CareTrade is only concluded when CareTrade by an order confirmation to the Buyer accepts the order.
CareTrade supports the use of credit card and foreign credit cards via the Internet. These types of cards can be used: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, Visa / Dankort and eDankort
The account information you enter when purchasing goods will be sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. There is no one else sees or stores information about you. By purchase with a credit card the amount is deducted from your account as soon as the goods leave from CareTrade.
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration:
It is CareTrade’s risk if the ordered goods are destroyed or damaged due to accidental circumstances, untill the moment when the goods have been received by the buyer.
Complaints and Warranty:
Care Trade offer 2 year warranty from the date of invoice. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Invoice must be presented to CareTrade in connection with the use of the claim.
Any complaints about defects in products delivered to the Buyer must be claimed to CareTrade within a reasonable time from when the buyer should have discovered the defect. Otherwise, the buyer loses his right to claim the defect.
CareTrade is not liable for direct or indirect losses due to the ordered goods are coming too late to the buyer, or the ordered goods are defective when delays or defects caused by Buyer’s act or circumstances which are beyond CareTrade's control, eg war, riot, civil commotion, fire, state interference, seizure, currency restrictions, labor disputes of any kind including strike and lockout, or the like.
CareTrade gives no independent guarantee of the goods ordered and the buyer obtains only the guarantees granted by the manufacturer to buyer.
The buyer has got the right to regret his purchase within 14 days after delivery, and CareTrade will refund the amount received.
When returning, you should send the product securely packaged - along with a copy of the invoice and please write clearly that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and that you therefore want to recover the price. These return rules apply to all goods sold by distance selling (private) - it does not apply to items picked up at our address nor the products sold to businesses.

Abuse of CareTrade may lead to prosecution.
